To be eligible for the Post-UTME screening, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Score at least 100 in the 2025 JAMB UTME.
- Have five O’level credit passes in relevant subjects from WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Choose Federal Polytechnic, Ukana as their first choice institution on the JAMB portal. Candidates who did not initially select the polytechnic can change their first choice to Federal Polytechnic, Ukana via the JAMB portal.

- Change of Institution (if necessary): If you did not choose Federal Polytechnic, Ukana as your first choice, visit the JAMB portal to change your institution and course to align with the available programmes.
- Payment: Pay a screening fee of N2,000 at the Bursary Department of Federal Polytechnic, Ukana.
- Submit Documents: Bring the originals and photocopies of the following documents to the screening:
- WAEC/SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB certificate or statement of results
- JAMB result slip
- Birth certificate or age declaration
- Certificate of origin
- Application form printout
Screening Details
