If nursing has been on your mind and the stethoscope dream won’t let you rest, this might be your opening. The College of Nursing Sciences, Adazi-Nnukwu has announced that applications are now open for its National Diploma Nursing programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The clock has started ticking, so here’s what you need to know before pulling out your phone or laptop to register.
Who Can Apply
- Must have a valid JAMB UTME registration number
- Scored 140 or above in the UTME
- Picked CONSA as first choice before Post-UTME screening
You also need:
- Five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB
- Credits earned in not more than two sittings
- Allowed combinations: WAEC/WAEC, NECO/NECO, or WAEC/NECO
- NABTEB cannot be mixed with WAEC, NECO, or another NABTEB
Other Required Documents
- Original WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB certificate or official printout
- If you used awaiting results during UTME registration, upload your O’Level result to the JAMB portal
- School testimonial from the institution where you got your WAEC/NECO
- Birth certificate from National Population Commission, government hospital, or court age declaration
- A working personal email address — not that old one you lost the password to
How to Apply
- Go to the CONSA Post-UTME portal
- Register for the screening
- Pay the ₦2,000 registration fee
If you meet the rules, this is the moment to put your name in the hat. Don’t let it slip past — before you know it, the list will be closing and someone else will be wearing that uniform you pictured for yourself.
