Overview
The NYSC Call-up Letter is one of the most important documents for prospective corps members (PCMs). It serves as an official directive from the NYSC, assigning each graduate to a particular state and providing details about their orientation camp. Without this document, a graduate cannot gain access into the orientation camp.
What is the NYSC Call-up Letter?

An official document issued by NYSC after successful online registration.

Contains the corps member’s unique Call-up Number, which identifies them throughout their service year.

Details Contained in the Call-up Letter

Full Name of the PCM.

Call-up Number (e.g., NYSC/ABU/2025/123456).

Institution attended and course of study.

Date of Birth and State of Origin.

State of Deployment.

Address of Orientation Camp.

Date of Reporting to Camp.

Important instructions for camp preparation (e.g., required documents, dress code).
How to Print the Call-up Letter

Visit the NYSC portal: https://portal.nysc.org.ng.

Log in with your registered email and password.

Navigate to “Print Call-up Letter.”

Make sure you have completed the online registration and payment.

Download the PDF file and print multiple copies.
Important Notes About Call-up Letter

Early Printing: Once released, print as soon as possible to avoid last-minute issues.

Multiple Copies: Make at least 4–6 copies; you’ll submit some at camp and keep some for personal use.

Safekeeping: Keep both hard and soft copies safe, as loss of the call-up letter can delay camp entry.

Corrections: If there are errors (e.g., name, DOB), contact NYSC support or your institution immediately.

♦ School Certificate or Statement of Result( ND and HND results for polytechnic graduates)

♦ Recent Passport: 8-10 copies
♦ Green Card(Document you will printout 24-48hrs after successful registration)
♦ Call Up Letter(This show the state you are posted to for service)
♦ Medical Fitness Certificate(COMPUSLORY for all PCM’s)
♦ Medical Report ( Optional for redeployment under health ground)
♦ Covid 19 RTD test slip(You will be ask to fill form for covid 19 RTD on your dashboard after seeing your call up letter some days to camp opening)
♦ Licence for (Doctors and co)
Note: Get Original Documents and make 5photocopy of each. Put in a clear bag.You are good to go
