FUOTUOKE NDIERID Admission Form, programme length
- PGD: 2 semesters
- Master’s, including professional Master’s: 3 semesters, with thesis
- Doctorate, PhD or DrPH: minimum 6 semesters
- Certificate programmes: 6 months
Entry rules for all applicants
Keep it simple, keep it clean. You need:
- O’Level: five credits, English and Mathematics included, in not more than two sittings
- Previous degree:
- PGD or Master’s: a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Doctorate: a Master’s degree
- Transcripts: send official copies from your former school
- References: two letters, academic or professional
- NYSC: discharge or exemption, for Nigerian candidates
Programme-specific rules
- Doctorate: Master’s CGPA from 3.5/5.0 or equal
- Master’s: Bachelor’s at Second-Class Lower, 2.2 or better
- PGD: Bachelor’s Third Class, or HND with Upper Credit
- Short courses: at least an OND from a government-approved school
One more note from the university, not hard to follow, but do not skip it. Everyone must still meet the five O’Level credits, English and Maths included, the same base rule used for first-degree entry at FUOTUOKE. No wahala, just check your papers.
