YABATECH have released date notice on screening & registration for ND Part-time candidates, 2024/2025

Please be informed that YABATECH Freshers Registration has been announced. Yaba College of Technology intends all Newly Admitted ND I Part-Time Candidates should note that 2024/2025 Screening and Registration exercise have been scheduled.

  • Online Screening-October 14-21, 2024
  • Physical Screening-October 22-29, 2024

Instructions to Newly Admitted Students

Please note that Registration commences after Online and Physical Screening.

Furthermore, all newly admitted ND I Part-Time Candidates are requested to upload online copies of the following documents and present original copies for physical Screening:

  • Report of Online verified ‘O’ Level Results (SSCE/NABTEB)
  • O’ Level Result(s)/Certificate(s) submitted for Verification (Copy of original certificate(s) obtained before 2021).
  • Testimonial from Secondary School.
  • Two (2) Reference Letters signed, stamped/sealed from any two (2) of the following persons.
    • (a) Imam/Pastor
    • (b) Senior Civil Servant not below Grade Level 12
    • (c) Lawyer
    • (d) Principal of your former Secondary School
  • Birth Certificate from any of the following: National Population Commission, Local Government and Hospital
  • Evidence of Part-Time Registration on JAMB Portal
  •  Acceptance fee receipt

YABATECH 36th Convocation Ceremony Date 2024

The general public is hereby invited to the 36th Convocation Ceremony of the Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) for the 2022/2023 academic session for the award of Diploma and Certificates; along with the conferment of the College prestigious highest honour, Fellowship Award, on esteemed Nigerians.

The Convocation ceremony will hold thus:

Venue:  Dr. Philip Adegbile Sports Complex as approved by the Governing Council.

The graduands, students, staff and entire stakeholders are implored to keep the event in mind and begin to work towards its success.

YABATECH Announces Matriculation Ceremony Date 2024

YABATECH Announces Matriculation Ceremony Date 2024 . This is to inform all students that the 2024 Matriculation for new intakes holds on

September 5, 2024.

This is to inform students, staff, parents, guardians and general public that Yaba college of Technology will on Thursday, 5th September, 2024, hold its 2023/2024 Academic Session Matriculation Ceremony.

The event will take place at Dr. Philip Adegbile, Sports Pavilion as against the earlier pronounced Multi-Purpose Hall of the College.

All academic staff concerned for the academic procession are implored to assemble in front of the Administrative Building at 9. 00a.m prompt for the procession with other college dignitaries while the School Officers are enjoined to ensure that the matriculants get seated at their various School’s posts for the ceremony at 9:00a.m. prompt. Thank you.

As part of the management’s commitment to your well-being and success, I would like to bring to your attention an important matter regarding late-night matriculation parties.

 

While it is understandable that campus life provides numerous opportunities for socializing and building connections, we must remind you of the potential dangers associated with attending parties at odd hours.

 

You are therefore warned in your interest to stay away from any night parties planned after Thursday’s matriculation.  Such gatherings can expose you to unpredictable situations that can compromise your safety.
