  • Click “View Invoice”

  • Open the Acceptance and Screening Invoice

  • Select “Click Here to Pay Online”

  • Choose Card Payment or Bank Transfer

  • Follow the prompts and print your payment invoice after completing the process

This single payment covers both acceptance and screening for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Step 3: Log In and Complete Online Profile

After payment:

  • Return to the portal homepage

  • Log in using your JAMB Registration Number as both username and password

  • Fill in required fields including:

    • Bio-data

    • Next of kin details

    • O-Level / A-Level results

    • Passport photograph upload

    • Signature upload

Ensure all details match your physical documents to avoid delays during confirmation.

Step 4: Print Forms and Payment Evidence

When the online profile is completed:

  • Print two copies of the Bio-data form

  • Print two copies of the Evidence of Payment

At this time, the SSUES Admission List is available only on the JAMB CAPS portal. Follow these steps to check your admission status:

  1. Visit the JAMB E-Facility portal.
  2. Log in using your JAMB username and password.
  3. Scroll down and click Check Admission Status.
  4. Select Access my CAPS.
  5. Click on Admission Status to view whether you have been offered admission to SSUES.

What the JAMB CAPS Messages Mean

You might see one of the following responses after checking your status:

  • ADMISSION OFFERED: Congratulations, your admission has been approved. You can now accept or reject the offer.
  • ADMISSION IN PROGRESS (AIP): Your admission is being processed and awaiting final approval.
  • RECOMMENDED: Your application has been recommended and is under review by JAMB.
  • NOT ADMITTED: You are yet to be offered admission. This might mean the list is still being updated.
  • PENDING: Your application is still under consideration.

What to Do After You Are Admitted

Candidates who have been offered admission should:

  1. Accept or reject the offer either at an approved JAMB CBT centre or via SMS by sending ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 using their registered phone number.
  2. Print their JAMB Admission Letter.
