UMYU Post-UTME/DE Admission Form 2025/2026 Out

Umaru Musa Yar’adua University has opened its 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry registration. The exercise begins Friday, 29th August and closes Thursday, 25th September 2025. Eligible candidates are advised to apply early, follow the guidelines, and come prepared.

Every year, the gates of Umaru Musa Yar’adua University, Katsina (UMYU) swing open for new faces. This time, the call is out for UTME and Direct Entry applicants hoping to join the 2025/2026 session. The school has set the ball rolling with an online registration exercise.

It kicks off Friday, 29th August 2025, and will shut down on Thursday, 25th September 2025. That is a full window, yet you know how we like to wait until last minute. Better not, before wahala.

Who Can Apply

Not everyone gets in, so here’s the rundown:

  • UTME candidates who chose UMYU as their first choice, with scores up to or above the cut-off mark for their course.
  • Direct Entry candidates with valid A’ Level results like IJMB, NCE, or Diploma.
  • Only those who picked the right subject combinations in JAMB will even see the portal open for them.
  • Awaiting result candidates are also welcome to apply.

For those wondering about the exact cut-off marks or subject mix, the university has the details posted on their approved cut-off marks page and admission requirements page.

What You Need To Upload

While filling the form online, candidates should get these ready:

  • JAMB slip (2025 UTME or DE as the case may be)
  • O’ Level results
  • Proof of identity, such as indigene letter, NIN card, or international passport
  • A’ Level results for DE applicants

Payment and Process

The screening costs ₦2,000 only, charges included. Payment is made directly through the UMYU Post-UTME Portal.

  • UTME candidates must bring along their payment slips to the test hall, and also submit hard copies of their credentials on the day.
  • Direct Entry applicants, on the other hand, do not need to sit for the aptitude test. They only need to forward their hard copy documents to the Registrar’s office after registration.

One more thing, if JAMB has marked you as a special needs candidate, you are free from the aptitude test. Still, you are expected to submit hard copies of your papers to the Registrar’s office.

Ahmadu Bello University ABU
ABU Mop-Up Post UTME Screening Exercise 2025/2026

Ahmadu Bello University has fixed a mop-up Post-UTME screening for 2025/2026 applicants who missed their first test or changed from other schools. The exercise holds on Wednesday, 28th August 2025, at the Iya Abubakar Institute, 8:00 AM. All concerned candidates are advised to attend, as this will be the final chance.

There are second chances, and then there’s this. Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, has set a mop-up Post-UTME screening for those who couldn’t attend their earlier test or who shifted from another university into ABU. For many, it is the last bridge before admission slips start flying.

The date is Wednesday, 28th August 2025. The venue, Iya Abubakar Institute of Information and Communication Technology. Time? Bright and early, 8:00 AM sharp.

Why the Mop-Up Matters

ABU already sent out bulletins in July and August, but not everyone caught the wave. Some missed their slot, others switched schools midway. This mop-up, as the name suggests, sweeps all of them together.

The university has made it clear: this is the final window. No whispers of another round. So if you are on that list, better pack your documents, set your alarm, and show up.

Quick Notes for Candidates

  • Date: Wednesday, 28th August 2025
  • Venue: Iya Abubakar Institute of ICT, Zaria
  • Time: 8:00 AM
  • Category: Candidates who missed earlier tests or changed to ABU.

University of Lagos (UNILAG)
See UNILAG Online Post UTME Screening Guidelines 2025/2026

The University of Lagos has announced the online Post-UTME screening for 2025/2026. Candidates must follow the rules, prepare their laptops, and join the mock exam in August. Read on for full instructions, dates, and tips to avoid disqualification.

It’s that season again. The University of Lagos is rolling out its Post-UTME screening for the 2025/2026 academic session. And this time, like last year, it is strictly online. The exam may only last thirty minutes, but those thirty minutes can feel like forever if you slip on one tiny rule. So here’s a breakdown, told plain and straight, of what you need to know.

The Ground Rules

Think of this test like stepping into a quiet exam hall, only that your hall is your room.

  • Device matters: Only laptops with built-in webcams and microphones are allowed. Forget your phone, it won’t even work.
  • Be seen: No covering the webcam. If the system can’t see you, you risk being disqualified.
  • Stay put: Once you start, you cannot stand up, stretch, or step out. Your thirty minutes starts ticking the moment you click that start button.
  • No extras: Masks, face caps, headphones, or external cameras? Don’t even try it.
  • Alone means alone: Even a sibling passing behind you could cost you the test. Be wise, clear the room.
  • Good light: Don’t sit in the dark. If the camera can’t catch your face clearly, the system might kick you out.

One slip, and that could be it. The rules are not bendy, no long story.

How to Log In

There are three doors, but all lead to the same exam hall:

  • Use the “Go to WebTest” button on the UNILAG portal.
  • Use the “Click Here To Take Exam” button from your email.
  • Or go straight to unilag.proctee.webtest.ng with your UTME number as username and your surname in lowercase as password.

From there, it’s a three-step dance:

  1. Hit “Take Exam” and follow the instruction page.
  2. Download and install the safe exam browser (only the version stated will work, don’t freestyle).
  3. Allow all the permissions and click to start.

Windows 8.1 and above? You’re good. Mac users, Ventura OS is your friend.

Mock Exam

This part is not compulsory by force, but honestly, only a stubborn person will skip it. From Monday, August 25 to Wednesday, August 27, 2025, candidates get to run a mock version.

The mock is your chance to:

  • Install the exam browser correctly.
  • Test your laptop setup.
  • Practise under the same conditions you’ll face on the real day.

It’s like playing a friendly match before the league kicks off. Better to miss a step now than on the real day.

Support and Help

Things happen, networks fail, pages freeze. If something goes wrong, there’s a “Need Help?” button both on the login and submission pages. Use it quick, don’t wait till after. Reports are treated faster when made immediately, and updates will come through email or the platform.

For human contact, you can reach UNILAG on:

  • Email: postutme@unilag.edu.ng
  • Phone: 09053006772 or 08141656802

A Final Note

The Post-UTME is short, sharp, and strict. Read the rules twice, arrange your space, and chase away any disturbance. Remember, even small mistakes can mean wahala. If you keep your head cool, follow the rules, and practise, you’ll cross this bridge without falling into the water.

Now, a small but mighty detail. For those chasing professional programmes like Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy and the rest, your five SSCE credits must all come from one sitting. No second chances here.

Courses On Offer

This is where eyes shine. FUMMSA is rolling out programmes that stretch from the expected to the fresh:

  1. Medicine (MB;BS)
  2. Dentistry (BDS)

Who Qualifies

Not everyone can jump on board. The school has set some basic lines in the sand:

  • JAMB score must be 160 or higher.
  • Five O’Level credits in the right subjects.
  • Bio-data form must be filled in carefully.

And a warning, those who skip this screening will not be looked at later. Simple as that.

Cut-Off Marks Course By Course

This part is where candidates lean closer to the page. Each programme has its own bar, and you either meet it or you wait another year.

SSUES Post UTME Admission Form for 2025/2026 is Out

Shehu Shagari University of Education Sokoto has opened its Post UTME and Direct Entry screening for the 2025/2026 session. Now, one small twist. If you had your eyes elsewhere before but have suddenly changed your mind, you can still switch. A trip to any JAMB CBT centre will sort it out, green card in hand, and you can make SSUES your first pick.

Other key points:

  • Five O’Level credits are required, including English and Mathematics.
  • These credits must not spread over more than two sittings.
  • Results must be uploaded on the JAMB portal. Without this, admission cannot even be processed.

The air around Bauchi has started buzzing again. Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, known simply as ATBU, has flagged off its admission process for the coming academic year. For those who wrote JAMB and hit 160 or more, or those coming through Direct Entry, the gates are officially open.

When It Begins

Mark the date. The screening exercise starts on Friday, 22nd August 2025. It is fully online, meaning no need to travel or stand in a queue under the sun.

How The Screening Works

The method is not tricky, but it requires attention. Candidates are expected to pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000 through REMITA before they can proceed.

Here’s a simple breakdown:

  • Visit the ATBU screening portal.
  • Make payment of N2,000 via REMITA.
  • Fill in the screening form as directed.
  • Upload all required documents carefully.
  • Print the acknowledgement slip, which serves as proof of submission.

That slip is small but important. It might feel like just another paper, but don’t throw it away.

The school has stressed accuracy. Entries must be correct. A small mistake here could cause plenty of stress later. Think of it as writing an exam again, but this time the questions are your personal details.

Who To Call If Things Get Sticky

For candidates who run into problems, help is not far away. The ICT Directorate and Admissions Office are available, and two phone lines have been made public:

University of Ibadan, UI
Check: UI Post UTME Screening Exam Photocard for 2025/2026 Session

University of Ibadan has released the Post UTME screening photocard for 2025/2026. Candidates must reprint online to confirm their exam date, venue, and seat number before the test between 25–27 August 2025. Kindly read below for the steps and key notes.

The University of Ibadan, with its long-standing tradition of shaping minds, has called back its candidates again. This time, it is about the screening photocard. Every student who registered for the Post UTME must log in and reprint the slip. That small paper is the ticket to walk into the exam hall without stress.

The test itself is around the corner, set between Monday 25 August and Wednesday 27 August 2025. Three days, thousands of hopefuls, and one campus buzzing like a market on Friday morning.

Why The Photocard Matters

The photocard is not just a piece of paper. It carries the essentials that decide where you sit, when you write, and the exact hall you must enter. Inside, you will find:

  • Your JAMB details
  • Your photograph
  • Date of screening
  • Screening venue
  • Seat number

Without it, stepping into the exam venue is like showing up at the airport without a boarding pass. No entry.

Steps To Reprint The Photocard

It is a short process, but candidates must pay attention.

  • Visit the UI Post UTME portal.
  • Enter your JAMB Registration Number as Username.
  • Use your Surname as Password on first login.
  • Once inside, scroll down to see your exam details.
  • Click on Click here to print your photocard.
  • Print and keep it safe.

It looks simple, but one wrong detail can cost you peace of mind on exam day.

Extra Pointers Before The Exam

UI has warned about fraudsters who pose as helpers. If anyone promises admission for money, run fast. Admission passes only through official channels.

Also, exam halls are strict. Candidates are not allowed to bring calculators, mobile phones, or electronic devices. Just bring yourself, your writing materials, and that photocard. That’s all.

University of Ilorin UNILORIN
UNILORIN Post UTME/Direct Entry Admission Form 2025/2026 Out

UNILORIN has opened its 2025 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening for undergraduates. Application runs from 28 July to 24 August. Read on for who qualifies, how to apply, and what not to mess up.

So, UNILORIN has kicked off its screening process for the 2025/2026 academic session. If you’re aiming for a seat in one of Nigeria’s most competitive federal universities, now’s your window. And yes, there’s a deadline — 24 August 2025. Miss it and you’re out.

Let’s break it down the way you’d want your older cousin to explain it — no grammar, no lectures, just the meat.

First, a Warning

If you fill anything wrong, that’s on you. No excuses. No second chances. Wrong entries = disqualification. UNILORIN won’t clean up your mistakes.

How They’ll Score You

Admission is based on:

  • 50% UTME or Direct Entry score
  • 30% Post-UTME screening
  • 20% from five O’Level subjects (the relevant ones, not random picks)

It’s a tight blend, so each part counts.

Registration Timeline

  • Opens: Monday, 28 July 2025
  • Closes: Midnight, Sunday, 17 August 2025

Don’t play the deadline game. Too many people get locked out last minute.

What You Must Do Before Starting

How to Apply

  1. Go to the UNILORIN undergraduate portal
  2. Click Pre-admission Screening Registration
  3. Enter your JAMB reg number and surname
  4. Hit Get Details
  5. Fill in your results (O’Level or A’Level), or select ‘AR’ if you’re awaiting results
  6. Pay the ₦2,000 registration fee via Remita (use your ATM card)

Important:
Don’t refresh your browser during payment. If you’re unsure it went through, wait a bit. Check for debit alerts or just try again later.

  1. After paying, go back to the portal
  2. Click Admission Login
  3. Enter your JAMB reg number and surname
  4. Complete your details, check everything twice
  5. Click Submit

Print your slip. Make sure the info displays correctly. If anything looks off, fix it or report it. Mistakes left unattended can mess up your chances.

Special Note on Some Courses

If you’re going for any of these:

  • MBBS
  • Pharmacy
  • Optometry & Vision Science
  • Computer Engineering

You must upload results from one sitting only. No combining results. Don’t say nobody warned you.

What About Direct Entry Candidates?

Same steps apply. Only extra bit: choose your highest qualification from the list during registration. Don’t skip it.

If you just switched from UTME to DE, make sure JAMB CAPS reflects that before you start your registration here.

Final Words? Don’t Lie

If your results don’t match what’s on JAMB CAPS or if you make stuff up, that’s automatic disqualification. Doesn’t matter if you’re already on the merit list. They’ll yank your admission.
