Registration Period

Regular registration runs for four weeks, ending on Friday, 2 January 2026. Late registration will take place from Monday, 5 January to Friday, 9 January 2026. Students are strongly advised to complete registration early to avoid disruptions in lectures or assessments.

Academic Board and SIWES Activities

The Academic Board will meet on Tuesday, 16 December 2025 to consider pending results. Students on the SIWES programme will resume on Monday, 22 December 2025, which also marks the start of lectures for the semester.

Major Academic Events

The 2025/2026 Convocation Ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, 12 February 2026.
Orientation for new students will hold from Monday, 16 to Friday, 20 February 2026, followed by Matriculation on Thursday, 26 February 2026. These events will formally welcome and integrate new students into the FEDPOFFA academic community.

Lecture and Examination Schedule

Lectures will run for fourteen weeks, concluding on Friday, 14 March 2026. A revision week follows from Monday, 16 to Friday, 20 March 2026.

  • Go to the JAMB EFacility portal.
  • Sign in with your JAMB username and password.
  • Scroll down and pick Check Admission Status.
  • Tap Access my CAPS.
  • Select Admission Status to see if your name has made the list.

  • Accept or reject
    • Send a text using your registered JAMB phone number.

Federal Polytechnic Offa has opened Post UTME screening for 2025/2026 ND full-time admission. If you scored 100 or more and chose Offa Poly as your first choice, you can apply online. Full steps and rules are below.

Federal Polytechnic, Offa has started its online screening for admission into ND full-time programmes for the 2025/2026 session. If you picked Offa Poly as your first choice and scored 100 or above in UTME, you’re eligible.

You can still apply if you didn’t pick them at first, but you’ll need to update your choice on the JAMB Portal before registering.

Who Can Apply?

To be considered, you must:

  • Choose Offa Poly as first choice or change to it via JAMB
  • Score at least 100 in the 2025 UTME
  • Have five relevant O’Level credits in not more than two sittings
  • Upload your O’Level result to JAMB CAPS through a certified CBT centre
  • Have a valid personal email
  • Awaiting results? You can apply, but admission depends on uploading your results on time

How to Register

Head over to the Offa Poly screening portal. Then:

  1. Make a ₦2,000 payment online using an ATM card that supports Interswitch
  2. Fill in your personal details
  3. Upload your results and required documents
  4. Print the Post Screening Slip and Security Form
  5. Submit the printed Security Form in person at the Main Campus Security Office, along Ojoku Road, Offa
  6. Use your full name (surname first), exactly as shown on your JAMB and O’Level results

Deadline

The portal will remain open for four weeks from the date of this announcement. After that, it shuts.
