The Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH) has made public its admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session. For hundreds of young hopefuls, this marks the end of waiting and the start of a fresh chapter. It’s a long road ahead, yet this is the first big step into the university gates.
How to Check LASUSTECH Admission List
The process is digital, so you’ll need to go through the JAMB CAPS system. The steps are straightforward but need care:
- Visit the JAMB EFacility portal.
- Sign in with your JAMB username and password.
- Scroll down and click Check Admission Status.
- Select Access my CAPS.
- Click on Admission Status to see if LASUSTECH has offered you a place.
Sometimes the system may show “Admission Still in Progress” or “Not Admitted”. Do not panic. Many students see that at first, and it later changes.
What to Do After Admission
Getting the offer is one thing, sealing it is another. Admitted candidates should:
- Send ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 with the registered JAMB phone number.
- After acceptance, print your JAMB admission letter.
This letter is vital for registration and clearance. Without it, your place is not complete.
A Note for Phone Users
There is a small hitch for those using phones. On CAPS, you may only see the welcome message without the status option. The fix is simple, just switch your browser to desktop mode. Chrome makes this easier with the “request desktop site” option.
