- At least 15 years of post-qualification experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a university or similar institution, including at least 5 years in a senior administrative position (e.g., Deputy Registrar or higher).
- A postgraduate degree or professional qualification in a relevant field is an added advantage.
- Candidates should not be below the rank of Deputy Registrar or equivalent at the time of application.
- Strong leadership skills, sound judgment, and knowledge of university governance are essential.
- Financial Controller
This position is responsible for managing the college’s financial operations. The requirements include:- A good honours degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Membership in a recognized professional body such as ICAN, ACCA, or ANAN is mandatory.
- At least 15 years of post-qualification experience, with 10 years in a university or similar institution and 5 years in a senior financial management role (e.g., Deputy Bursar or equivalent).
- Candidates must demonstrate competence in financial planning and management.
- A postgraduate degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
Salary and Benefits
- Both positions are placed on CONTISS 15, the salary scale for senior administrative staff in Nigerian universities.
