Collection of Admission Letters

Successful candidates are to collect their admission letters starting from Monday, 13th October 2025. The process will take place at the school premises.

When coming for collection, bring along the following items:

  • O-Level result(s) for verification.
  • JAMB result (if applicable).
  • Acceptance fee of ₦5,000.

Failure to complete the admission process on time may lead to forfeiture of the offer.

Garu Islamic College of Health Technology, Bauchi, informs all newly admitted students that online school payment and registration require personal login details.

Each new student must visit the college’s Directorate of ICT (DICT) in person to collect their official username and password for accessing the online registration and payment portal.

 

Important Instructions

  1. Collection of login details must be done in person. No one is allowed to collect on behalf of another student.
  2. Students must present both their acknowledgement form and a valid admission letter.

Students who do not collect their login credentials from DICT may face delays in paying their school fees and completing online registration.
