FUTO JUPEB Form 2025/2026 Out | Get Admitted into 200L

The Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) has begun admission into its JUPEB programme for the 2025/2026 session. This one-year course gives students a route to 200-level admission into FUTO or other JUPEB-approved universities.

Who Can Apply

To qualify, you must have at least five credit passes in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB. These must include English, Maths, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology or any subject related to your planned course of study. Two sittings are allowed, but “awaiting result” is not accepted.

How to Apply

  1. Visit the FUTO website
  2. Go to the JUPEB Application page
  3. Create an account using your active email and phone number
  4. Fill in your details correctly, and match your names with those on your NIN
  5. Select the right subject combination
  6. Pay a ₦25,000 non-refundable fee through Remita
  7. Submit and print your confirmation slip

Extra Details

  • Check your admission status one week after applying by logging into FUTO JUPEB portal.
  • Lectures begin 22 September 2025.
  • You must also register for 2026 JAMB Direct Entry when it opens.

FUTO Post UTME/DE Form for 2025/2026 Admission

FUTO has opened its Post UTME and Direct Entry screening for the 2025/2026 session. If you chose the school or are willing to switch, and meet the score and age requirements, now’s the time to apply. Full guide below.

The Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) has begun accepting applications for the 2025/2026 Post UTME and Direct Entry screening.

If you picked FUTO as your first choice and scored 150 or more, you’re good to go. Don’t panic if you didn’t choose them at first—you can still switch on JAMB CAPS. Just do it before applying.

The application runs from Wednesday, 23 July to Sunday, 31 August 2025. No extensions have been promised, so don’t wait till the last day.

Who Is Eligible?

  • You must be at least 16 years old by 30 September 2025
  • Scored 150 or higher in UTME
  • Have at least 5 credits in O’Level, including English and Maths, plus three related subjects. MBBS applicants must have all five in one sitting

Direct Entry?

You need one of these:

  • OND, HND, A-Level, or First Degree in a related field

    Also, make sure your transcript reaches:

    The Registrar, Federal University of Technology, Owerrino later than 24 August 2025

  • College of Medicine (MBBS only)

What to Know Before You Apply

  • Your JAMB subject combination must match what’s in the JAMB brochure
  • Upload your O’Level results on JAMB CAPS by 24 August 2025
  • Use a working phone number and email
  • If anything you submit doesn’t match your JAMB record, you’ll be screened out
  • You must finish the form online. No paper applications

Application Fee

Everyone pays ₦2,000.

How to Apply

  1. Visit FUTO’s website
  2. Click on Prospective Students, then go to Undergraduate

    or go directly to the FUTO application portal
  3. Click Generate Invoice
  4. Enter your JAMB registration number
  5. You’ll get a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR)
  6. Pay at any bank or use your ATM card
  7. Return to the portal, click on Application Form
  8. Log in with your JAMB number
  9. Fill out your form and double-check your details
  10. Click Submit
  11. Print out your acknowledgement slip
  12. Wait for more instructions from FUTO

Final Tip

If you forget to upload your O’Level or your transcript, your application ends there. Also, if you miss the deadline, you’re out. So take your time, but don’t waste it.
