DSUST Post UTME Screening Dates and Requirements 2025/2026 Announnced

Delta State University of Science and Technology has released the Post UTME screening timetable for 2025/2026. Candidates must check their date, arrive early at the Convocation Arena and come with all required documents. Please read below for full details.

The Announcement

Delta State University of Science and Technology, Ozoro, has rolled out the official screening timetable for the Post UTME exercise. For thousands of students, this is the start of something bigger, the first handshake with DSUST. There is a buzz already, as parents and candidates mark their calendars and sort out the pile of documents needed.

The timetable spreads over four days, each one reserved for different faculties. All screenings will hold at the Convocation Arena, starting 9 o’clock in the morning, sharp.

Day 1 – Friday, 12 September 2025

Day 2 – Saturday, 13 September 2025

Venue for all screenings: Convocation Arena
Time: 9:00 am prompt

Candidates are expected to appear on their assigned date. No shifting, no latecomers.

Documents to Bring for DSUST Post UTME Screening

To avoid hitches on the screening day, carry along these papers:

  • O’ Level Result Printout – WAECNECONABTEB, or any equivalent.
  • JAMB UTME Result Slip – from the JAMB portal.
  • Post UTME Application Form – the one you completed and printed earlier.
  • Birth Certificate or Age Declaration – get from the NPC portal or present a valid age attestation.

Keep all copies neat and clear, smudged printouts often cause unnecessary stress.

DSUST Pre-degree Admission Form 2024/2025 Out

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for Admission into the under listed PRE-DEGREE Programmes leading to admission into 100 level Bachelor Degree of the Delta State University of Science and Technology, Ozoro  (DSUST) for the 2024/2025 Academic Session.

GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS for DSUST Pre-degree Admission 2024

  1. Candidates must possess five (5) credits passes in relevant subjects in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or its equivalent in not more than two (2) sittings as contained in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination requirements.
  2.  Candidates must show evidence of being registered for the 2024/2025 UTME

    B. METHOD OF APPLICATION for DSUST Pre-degree Admission 2024

    Candidates are required to obtain a Bank Draft of N10,000 in any Deposit Money Bank, (not micro finance Bank) in favour of Delta State University of Science and Technology, Ozoro. The purchased Bank Draft should be tendered at the Institution’s Bursary Department, obtain

    receipt and collect copy of the Application From the Admission Office.

General Admission Requirements

a. Candidates must have completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Exemption Discharge Certificate

b. Candidates must have obtained Higher National Diploma (HND) from approved Polytechnics or Colleges of Technology accredited by NBTE

c. Candidates must possess five (5) credit pass at WAEC or NECO, NBTE or GCE. Ordinary Level (OL) obtained at not more than two (2) sittings which must include English Language, Mathematics and any three (3) subjects in related areas of study.

Method of Application for DSUST HND to B.Sc. Programme Admission 2024

Applicants are required to obtain a Bank Draft of N30,000.00 (thirty thousand naira) in any Deposit Money Bank (not micro-finance bank) in favour of Delta State University of Science and Technology, Ozoro: The purchased Bank Draft should be tendered at the Institution’s Bursary Department to obtain receipt and collection of application form from the admission office.
