Just in: BOSU 1st Batch Admission List for 2025/2026 is Out

Borno State University has released its 2025/2026 admission list for UTME and Direct Entry. Students are asked to check their status on the JAMB CAPS portal and follow the next steps. Read on for the process and important tips.

The long wait is over, and Borno State University has made it official. The UTME and Direct Entry admission lists for the 2025/2026 academic year are now out. For those who placed BOSU as their choice, this is the moment to confirm where you stand. Some may see “admitted” right away, others may need to keep refreshing. Either way, the gate is open.

How to Check BOSU Admission List on JAMB CAPS

The only way to see your admission status for now is through the JAMB CAPS portal. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done. Here is how to go about it:

  • Visit the JAMB eFacility portal.
  • Log in with your JAMB username and password.
  • Scroll until you spot “Check Admission Status” and click.
  • Select “Access my CAPS.”
  • Choose “Admission Status” to know if you have been offered admission into BOSU.

For those lucky enough to get in, the next step is to either accept or reject the offer. You do this by sending ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019, using the phone number linked to your JAMB profile.

If you see “Admission Still in Progress” or “Not Admitted,” do not panic. Keep checking, as updates roll out daily.

Printing Your JAMB Admission Letter

Once you accept, don’t stop there. Go ahead and print your JAMB admission letter. This letter is proof of your admission and will come in handy during clearance.

A Quick Note for Mobile Users

Some students on mobile phones get stuck because CAPS does not show the full page. If that happens, switch your browser to desktop mode. On Chrome, just tap the settings and pick “request desktop site.” That usually clears the road.
