Aminu Saleh College of Education, Azare (ASCOEA) has issued an important reminder to all graduates affiliated with the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) from 2017 to 2023 regarding the processing of their certificates.

According to the College, efforts are being intensified to finalise and deliver certificates to all affected graduates. Each graduate is required to pay a non-refundable fee of ₦20,000 through Remita on or before 17 November 2025. This payment is crucial to ensure that ASCOEA can complete the production and delivery of certificates in collaboration with UNIMAID.

The management recalled that a similar request was previously communicated via Circular No. ASCOEA/ADM/INT/CIR/42B/VI/151 dated 8 June 2024, which received a low response. Graduates who fall within the stated period are therefore urged to act promptly and complete the required payment before the deadline. Non-compliance will result in the College discontinuing certificate processing for those graduates.
