Federal University Oye-Ekiti has released the official academic calendar for the 2025/2026 session. The timetable covers registration, lectures, matriculation, exams, and holidays. All students are encouraged to take note and follow accordingly.
The Federal University Oye-Ekiti has drawn out its academic calendar for the 2025/2026 session. Both freshers and returning students now have a clear map of how the year will roll out, from resumption to convocation, with breaks, exams, and even union week neatly slotted in.
Some dates may look far, others around the corner. Either way, it’s better to mark them down early than be caught off guard.
First Semester FUOYE Academic Calendar
- Monday, 22nd September 2025: Resumption and online registration begins for all students. Lectures start same day for returning students.
- Monday, 29th September – Friday, 3rd October 2025: Fresh students resume and take part in orientation.
- Monday, 6th October 2025: Lectures begin for everyone.
- Monday, 6th – Friday, 10th October 2025: Late registration window.
- Friday, 10th October 2025: Last day for late school fees payment for returning students.
- Thursday, 13th November 2025: Matriculation for Oye campus.
- Friday, 14th November 2025: Matriculation for Ikole campus.
- Friday, 19th December 2025: Lectures end, followed by end-of-year break.
- Monday, 12th – Friday, 16th January 2026: Revision week.
- Monday, 19th January – Saturday, 7th February 2026: Examinations run for all students.
- Sunday, 8th – Sunday, 15th February 2026: Convocation ceremonies and Founder’s Day.
- Monday, 9th February – Saturday, 7th March 2026: First semester break.
