Candidates who have been offered provisional admission into the National Diploma (ND) Part-Time programme at the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro for the 2025/2026 academic session are required to complete the next stage of admission — the Acceptance Fee & Registration process.

This step is essential for confirming admission and securing a place in the new academic session.

Acceptance Fee Details and Payment Guide

All candidates admitted into the ND Part-Time (Evening) programmes are to pay:

  • Processing Fee: ₦10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira only)
  • Acceptance Fee: ₦40,200 (Forty Thousand, Two Hundred Naira only)

Deadline for Payment: Tuesday, 28th October 2025.

Candidates are strongly advised to complete all payments before the closing date to avoid losing their admission offer.

Pre-Payment Requirements

Before paying the acceptance fee, candidates must:

  1. Visit the Polytechnic’s ICT Centre to fill out the JAMB Part-Time Application Form.
  2. Submit the following documents to the Admission Office:
    • JAMB Registration Number printout
    • O’Level result copy

Only candidates who complete this verification step will be cleared to make the acceptance fee payment.

Step-by-Step Procedure for Acceptance Fee Payment and Registration

Step 1: Access the School Portal

Go to the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro official website and navigate to the student portal.

Use your Application Number and RRR Number to verify your admission status.

Step 3: Generate Acceptance Fee Invoice

Step 4: Make Payment

Payments can be made at any of the designated banks listed below or through approved online channels.

Step 5: Print Admission Letter and Receipt

After payment, return to the portal, input your RRR Number, and print your Admission Letter and Acceptance Fee Receipt.

Step 6: Generate and Pay School Fees Invoice

Next, generate an invoice for your school fees and pay at any listed bank.

Step 7: Complete Online Registration

Fill out your bio-data and course registration forms. Once completed, you will receive your matriculation number.
