NYSC Mobilisation Timetable Highlights

Uploading of Approved Results
20th – 24th October, 2025
Corps Producing Institutions (CPIs) are to upload the Senate or Academic Board Approved Lists for both full-time and part-time graduates.
Batch ‘B’ Post Mobilisation Workshop
15th – 18th October, 2025
This workshop helps staff and stakeholders review previous exercises before the next mobilisation round.
Briefing of Final-Year Students
20th October – 14th November, 2025
Final-year students in CPIs will receive mobilisation briefings and guidance on NYSC registration.
Submission of Hard Copies
3rd – 7th November, 2025
CPIs must submit hard copies of approved graduate lists to NYSC for verification.
Pre-Mobilisation Workshop
2nd – 6th November, 2025
NYSC officials will conduct this workshop to prepare for the upcoming Batch ‘C’ exercise.
Online Registration for Graduates
4th – 9th November, 2025
Both foreign-trained and Nigerian-trained graduates are to complete their registration on the NYSC portal within this window.
Verification of Foreign-Trained Graduates
9th – 13th November, 2025
Physical checks of academic credentials for foreign-trained Nigerian graduates will take place at designated centres.
ICT Department Activities
12th – 15th November, 2025
The ICT Department will process and confirm registered candidates for deployment.
Call-Up Letter Printing
16th – 18th November, 2025
CPIs and prospective corps members (PCMs) can print deployment details and call-up letters during this period.
