Students seeking to confirm their Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK) admission can now check their status through the official JAMB CAPS portal. This process allows applicants to verify whether they have been offered admission for the 2025/2026 academic session.

How to Check the NSUK Admission List

At the moment, the NSUK admission status can only be viewed through the JAMB CAPS portal. Follow the steps below to check your status:

Visit the JAMB E-Facility portal: https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/
Log in using your JAMB email address and password.
Scroll down and click Check Admission Status.
Select Access my CAPS.
Click on Admission Status to see if you have been offered admission into NSUK.

Possible Responses on the JAMB CAPS Portal

ADMISSION OFFERED: This means JAMB has approved your admission. You can now accept or reject the offer directly on the CAPS portal.

ADMISSION IN PROGRESS (AIP): Your application has been reviewed and recommended by NSUK. It is awaiting approval from both the Head of Institution and JAMB.

RECOMMENDED: Your name has been proposed for admission, and JAMB will verify it to ensure all requirements are met.

NOT ADMITTED: You have not yet been offered admission. This may be because the school has not released its full list or your application is still under consideration.

PENDING: Your admission is still being processed. Check back regularly for updates.

Next Steps After Admission

Candidates who receive admission should proceed to accept or reject it through biometric verification at any approved JAMB CBT Centre.

Alternatively, you can send ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number linked to your JAMB profile. Ensure you have at least ₦50 on your main balance, as borrowed airtime will not work for this service.

After acceptance, print your JAMB Admission Letter from the portal for record purposes.

For Mobile Users

If you are checking your NSUK admission status using a mobile phone and do not see the Check Admission Status option, switch your browser to desktop mode.

For Chrome users, tap the three dots in the top-right corner and select Request Desktop Site. This will allow the full CAPS page to load properly so that all status details become visible.
