Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) has announced the commencement of admission into its newly approved undergraduate programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session. The University invites qualified UTME candidates to apply for admission across various faculties. This opportunity is open to both candidates who initially selected IAUE as their first choice and those willing to change their preferred institution to IAUE.

Eligibility for Application
The following categories of candidates are eligible to apply:
a. Candidates who selected IAUE as their first choice in the 2025/2026 JAMB UTME, scored at least 150, and possess the correct O’Level combinations, including English Language and Mathematics.
b. Candidates who did not initially choose IAUE but scored a minimum of 150 and wish to study there. Such candidates must complete a Change of Institution process via the JAMB website to make IAUE their first choice before being considered for admission.
Method of Application
Application for the newly approved programmes is strictly online via the University’s admission portal. Applicants are to make a non-refundable payment of ₦15,000 using a Visa, Verve, or Mastercard debit card to access the form.
Steps for New Candidates
- Visit the IAUE official website.
- Under the Admission menu, select Undergraduate Studies.
- Choose 2025/2026 UTME/DE Screening Registration.
- Click Register for 2025/2026 Session UTME/DE Screening.
- Fill and submit the online registration form.
- A confirmation email containing login credentials will be sent to your registered email address. Keep these details safe.
For Candidates Who Previously Registered but Were Not Yet Admitted
- Log in to your existing profile on the University portal.
- Select your preferred course of study (check JAMB IBASS for subject requirements).
- Monitor your admission status regularly on JAMB CAPS to confirm transfer or admission offer.
Commencement and Deadline
The IAUE online application portal will open on Wednesday, 5 November 2025, and close on Tuesday, 11 November 2025. Applicants are strongly advised to complete their registration within this one-week window, as late applications will not be processed.
Candidates should ensure that all details — especially email addresses and phone numbers — are valid and active. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will not be considered.
