How to pay UNIBEN Acceptance Feee Get Clearance 2025/2026

The University of Benin (UNIBEN) has officially opened its online portal for newly admitted candidates to begin the acceptance and clearance process for the 2025/2026 academic session. All successful applicants are advised to log in to the portal, pay their acceptance fee, and submit clearance documents for verification and approval.

The management of UNIBEN has urged candidates to follow the outlined procedures carefully to avoid errors or delays during the process.

Steps for UNIBEN Acceptance and Clearance

  1. Visit the UNIBEN Student Portal and select Login.

  2. Sign in using your JAMB Registration Number as your User ID and your password.

  3. When prompted, enter a valid personal email address to receive your Student ID and a new password.

  4. Check your email for the login details, then return to the portal and click Login to Student Portal.

  5. Sign in again using your Student ID and new password.

  6. To begin clearance, navigate to the Academics menu and select Clearance.

  7. To pay the acceptance fee, choose the Bank Transfer option via REMITA, as bank debit card payments are temporarily unavailable.

  8. After payment, log out and log back in to refresh your payment status.

  9. Fill out the Clearance Form accurately and submit it for approval.
