Eligibility Criteria
To participate in the screening exercise, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- UTME Candidates:
- Must have chosen Federal University Dutsin-Ma as their first choice institution.
- Must have scored a minimum of 140 in the 2025 UTME. However, some programmes require a higher cut-off mark, which will be specified on the university’s portal.
- Must have at least five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Direct Entry (DE) Candidates:
- Must have chosen Federal University Dutsin-Ma as their first choice.
- Must have at least a Lower Credit in National Diploma (ND), a minimum of nine points in NCE, or an overall score of six points (with at least one point in each course) in IJMB.
How to Register for the Screening
Follow these steps to complete your Post-UTME or DE registration:
- Visit the university’s admission portal at https://portal.fudutsinma.edu.ng/admissions.
- Log in using your JAMB registration number and other required details.
- Fill in accurate personal and academic information, including a valid and active email address.
- Proceed to the payment section to process the screening fee of N2,000 (Two Thousand Naira only).
- Payment can be made through the Remita platform using any of the following methods:
- Debit card (Master, Visa, or Verve).
- Printing a payment slip and paying at a commercial bank with the Remita platform.
- After payment, print your payment confirmation slip.
- Complete the online registration form and print the acknowledgement slip, which will include the date and time for your screening.
Important Notes
- Ensure all information provided is correct to avoid disqualification.
- Candidates must upload their O’Level results on the JAMB CAPS portal before the screening.
- The screening process includes a Computer-Based Test (CBT), followed by physical screening for successful candidates.
