Admission Requirements
To apply for ND programmes, candidates need:
- WASSCE/SSCE/GCE O’Level with five credits in not more than two sittings. These must include English Language, Mathematics, and three other relevant subjects like Economics, Commerce, Accounts, or Biology.
- For ND full-time programmes, candidates must have written the 2025 JAMB UTME and chosen Federal Cooperative College, Ibadan, as their first choice or be willing to change to the institution.
For HND programmes, candidates must have:
- A National Diploma (ND) in a related field with at least a Lower Credit from an accredited institution.
- One year of post-ND Industrial Training (IT) experience. Candidates with a Pass grade need two years of IT experience.
- Five O’Level credits as required for ND programmes.
The Professional Diploma in Co-operative Studies is open to graduates of other disciplines and experienced cooperative officers.
How to Apply
To apply, follow these steps:
- Visit the college’s website at https://www.fccibadan.edu.ng/admission/apply.php.
- Purchase a scratch card for the application form. The cost is N5,000 for HND programmes and N2,500 for ND programmes where UTME is not required. Part-time programme forms cost N5,000.
- Pay the application fee through the college’s TSA account on www.remita.net. Select “Pay FGN and State TSA,” search for “FEDERAL COOPERATIVE COLLEGE- IBADAN,” and generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) for payment at any commercial bank.
- Complete the online application form and attach required documents, including evidence of payment and, for HND applicants, a letter of completion of one-year Industrial Training.
- Submit the completed form to the Registrar, Federal Cooperative College, Ibadan.
Important Notes
- The college warns that candidates who apply for programmes they are not qualified for may have their admission withdrawn at any time.
- Successful applicants will be invited for an interview, and those admitted will be notified afterward.
- The acceptance fee for admitted candidates is N20,000, payable to the college’s REMITA account by November 8, 2025.
- The 2025/2026 academic session begins on October 28, 2025.
