Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, Jos has started selling Post-UTME forms for ND courses in Medical Lab and Environmental Health Tech. If you scored 100 or more in UTME and meet the entry requirements, here’s how to apply.
The Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology (FCMLST), Jos is now accepting Post-UTME applications (Batch B) for the 2025/2026 academic session. This is for candidates interested in full-time National Diploma (ND) programmes in Medical Laboratory Technology and Environmental Health Technology.

Who Can Apply?
You must meet one of these conditions:
- Picked FCMLST Jos as your first choice in the 2025 UTME and scored at least 100
- Didn’t pick FCMLST but now want to? First, log in to the JAMB portal and do a change of institution. Then you can apply
Entry Requirements
You need five O’Level credits (in not more than two sittings), including:
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
- English Language
- Mathematics
WAEC, NECO or GCE results are all accepted.
Candidates using awaiting results (AR) are not allowed to apply.
How to Pay the Application Fee
The screening form costs ₦2,000 (non-refundable). Here’s how to pay:
- Visit Remita’s homepage
- Click PAY TSA & STATE, then PAY FGN
- Under “Who to Pay”, select: FCMIST Jos (052102704200)
- Enter amount (₦2,000), your full name, phone number, and email
- Leave the GIFMIS code as “Nil”
- Under description, write Post-UTME Form
- Choose how you want to pay: card, bank branch, etc.
- Complete the transaction and save your Remita receipt
Steps to Register Online
After payment, do the following:
- Visit the college website
- Click Admission, then head to the admission form page
- Click Register Now
- Choose Post-UTME from the form options
- Fill in the required details and upload your payment receipt
Required Documents for Screening
When coming for screening, bring these:
- Original JAMB result slip
- Recent passport photo
- Certificate of state of origin
- Screening payment receipt
If you didn’t register for this Post-UTME, you won’t be screened or offered admission. So don’t miss this.
