Scam Alert: Forms Are Not Sold Online
The College of Nursing Sciences, Obudu has warned all prospective applicants that admission forms are not sold online.
All payments, receipts, and collection of forms take place only within the school premises.
Applicants are urged to disregard websites, social media accounts, or individuals claiming to sell the form. EducationNGR also learnt that the school has intensified awareness to prevent fraud.
Available Programme for 2025/2026
The college is receiving applications for the following programme:
HND Public Health Nursing/Midwifery
This programme is open to qualified and registered nurses or midwives who want to advance their professional practice in public health or midwifery.
How to Apply
All application activities must be completed physically at the College of Nursing Sciences, Obudu.
Steps for Application
- Pay ₦35,500 into the designated College Account.
- Present evidence of payment at the College Bursary.
- Collect an official receipt.
- Take the receipt to the Registry Department to obtain your admission form.
- Fill the form carefully and completely.
- Attach all required documents.
- Submit the completed form and attachments at the Registry Department.
Applicants are strongly advised to make photocopies of all receipts and payment slips for personal records.
Entry Requirements
To qualify for the HND Public Health Nursing or HND Midwifery programme, candidates must have:
- Five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics (not more than two sittings).
- WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB results meeting the above conditions.
- National Diploma (ND) or equivalent in Nursing.
- Evidence of registration as RN, RM, or other basic nursing certificates such as RPN.
- Minimum of one-year post-qualification experience after obtaining RN, RM, or other basic Nursing certificates.
Only candidates who satisfy all requirements will be processed for screening.
Documents Required for Submission
Applicants must present both originals and photocopies of the following:
- First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC)
- WAEC/WASC or NECO results
- ND, RN, RM, RPN or other valid Nursing certificates
- Birth certificate or sworn age declaration
- Certificate of origin
- Two recent passport photographs (white background)
- Two phone numbers of sponsor(s)
Registry staff will verify all documents before accepting submissions.

Screening date: 1 December 2025
