LAUTECH uses an online screening process for UTME candidates. This means you won’t write a Computer-Based Test (CBT). Instead, the university will evaluate you based on your JAMB UTME score and O’Level results. For Direct Entry candidates, there will be an oral and written interview on Tuesday, September 10, 2025, and Wednesday, September 11, 2025.

How to Register for LAUTECH Post-UTME/DE 2025

Candidates who made University of Lagos their first choice in the 2025/2026 UTME and scored 200 and above are eligible to apply for Post-UTME Online Screening. In addition, candidates must possess five (5) credit passes at one sitting in relevant O/level subjects including English Language and Mathematics.

• Only candidates who must have uploaded their O/Level results on or before September 12, 2025 will be considered for admission.

• Candidates, who will not be sixteen (16) years of age by September 30, 2025 are not eligible and need not apply.

• Candidates who do not participate in the Post-UTME Online Aptitude test will not be considered for admission.

• Candidates must use their personal and active emails to register for the Post-UTME Screening as this will be the channel for communication.

• Former students of the University whose admissions were withdrawn on the basis of poor academic performance or absence status could re-apply on condition that the new admission shall be for a new programme/course different from the former programme/course.

• Any student expelled from the University cannot be offered fresh admission.

GUIDELINES FOR 2025/2026 POST UTME ONLINE SCREENING EXERCISE
1. General Information

Fed Poly Idah Post-UTME 2025: cut-off mark, eligibility and registration details

i. Registration and upload of ‘O’ level results for Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) Online Screening for 2025/2026 academic session begins on 1 August, 2025, and closes on Sunday, 31 August, 2025;

ii. Application form cost is (N2,000) Naira only;

iii. The screening exercise for admission of candidates will be online and shall be administered only on candidates who sat for the 2025 UTME and chose the Federal Polytechnic Idah as their institution of first choice or changed their institution of first choice to the Federal Polytechnic Idah;

iv. Only candidates who score 100 and above in the UTME are qualified for the online screening exercise;

V. Candidates will be screened based on their UTME and ‘O’ level results only;

vi. Candidates must have sat for the appropriate UTME subjects for their proposed courses of study (correct subject combination);

vii. Candidates must possess the basic five (5) ‘O’ level credit passes in the relevant subjects in accordance with the Polytechnic’s entry requirements;

viii. Candidates must upload their ‘O’ level results on JAMB CAPS as the online screening and admission depend on uploading of ‘O’ level results on JAMB CAPS. This must be promptly done to facilitate admission;

ix. Candidates who are awaiting their ‘O’ level results may apply but should indicate Awaiting Result (AR). However, such candidates should immediately upload their ‘O’ level results as soon as the results are released; ix.

Χ. Candidates must provide authentic personal email address and phone numbers as these will serve as the primary means of contacting them;

  1. Procedure for Registration

Candidates are advised to visit the Federal Polytechnic, Idah application portal at https://forms.fepoda.edu.ng and follow the steps below:

i) Click on Post UTME (Prospective ND Students) link;

ii) Click on Register Now;

iii). Select post UTME, enter your valid email address and valid phone number;

iv) Click Create Account;

v) Check the provided email address for your username and password;

vi) Log on to https://forms.fepoda.edu.ng/apply/login.php with the username and password;

vii) Upload your passport and make online payment of the sum of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only as registration fee;

viii) Fill the application form, upload the necessary documents including jamb result as well as WAEC/NECO/NABTEB certificate or statement of results;

ix) Submit your application and print.

LAUTECH Post-UTME/DE 2025: cut-off marks and eligibility

Notice is hereby given to all candidates who applied to Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso as their first-choice institution in the 2025/2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) or Direct Entry (DE) that the admission portal will be opened for online registration from Friday, 25th July 2025 to Wednesday, 20th August, 2025.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. The Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) Candidates must have scored a minimum of 170 marks in the 2025/2026 UTME to be eligible for screening.

2. Candidates must upload O’ Level results to JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) before 20th August, 2025.

3. Candidates must be at least 16 years old by 30th September, 2025 to be eligible for admission.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1. The UTME candidates must possess at least five (5) credit passes in relevant O’ Level subjects at not more than two (2) sittings in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.

2. Direct Entry (DE) candidates must hold a University Degree with minimum of Second Class Lower, Upper Credit in ND, RNS, NCE minimum of Merit and Lower Credit in HND, or JUPEB, with five (5) credit passes in relevant O’ Level subjects.

3. Medicine, Nursing, and Medical Laboratory Science applicants must have five (5) relevant credit passes at one sitting only.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
1. Visit the University admission portal: http://apply.lautech.edu.ng

2. Make a non-refundable registration fee of N2,000.00 and a portal access fee of N3,000.00 using an Inter Switch-enabled debit card.

3. Carefully complete and submit the online application form.

4. Upload a clear digital passport photograph with white background in JPEG format not exceeding 20KB.

5. Candidates are expected to review available programmes, O’ Level requirements, and UTME subject combinations on JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) and Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) portal before applying.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
1. Candidates awaiting results (WAEC, NECO and NABTEB) may apply but must upload their results to JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) by 20th August 2025.

2. Any inconsistency in names, state of origin, or age on documents may result in disqualification.

3. Admission is based on 80% UTME score and 20% O’level grades.

4. Admission offered on JAMB CAPS not accepted within 3 weeks of uploading will be forfeited/withdrawn.

DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES
Direct Entry (DE) candidates must have obtained a Direct Entry form from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and forward their academic transcripts not later than one (1) week before the screening date to:

  • The Registrar,
  • Ladoke Akintola University of Technology,
  • Ogbomoso, Oyo State

The Oral and Written Interviews for Direct Entry candidates will be conducted on Monday, 25th August and Tuesday, 26th August, 2025 at The Hall located on Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Campus, Ogbomoso. Failure to appear for the interview will lead to automatic forfeiture of the admission.

Here’s a simple guide:

  1. Go to the KWASU application page

  3. Enter your JAMB registration number and click Continue
  4. Fill in your contact details
  5. Go to the payment section and click Make Payment
  6. Enter your debit card details (Visa, Mastercard, or Verve)
  7. Input the OTP sent to your phone
  8. After payment, log in again using your JAMB number and surname
  9. Click Login to dashboard and finish your registration
  10. Print out both the payment receipt and registration form

If your payment fails due to network issues, no need to panic. You can re-query the payment using your JAMB number and phone number on the same portal.

Application Deadline

Online registration opens Friday, 18th July 2025, and closes on Sunday, 17th August 2025. Don’t leave it till the last minute.

  • Admission is based on 70% UTME/DE score and 30% O’level grades

Imo State University, Owerri has started receiving applications for its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening for the 2025/2026 session. If you picked IMSU as your first choice, or plan to do so, this is your window.

Who Can Apply?

To apply, you must have:

  • Chosen IMSU as your first choice in JAMB
  • Scored 150 or above in the 2025 UTME

Didn’t choose IMSU at first? No problem. If you meet the cut-off, you can switch to IMSU as your first choice through the JAMB portal for change of institution. Just make sure you do it before the application ends.

For Direct Entry Applicants

You need to hold one of the following:

  • OND
  • HND
  • First Degree
  • A-level or equivalent in relevant subjects

You must also upload your results to JAMB. Without that, you won’t be considered. Those still waiting for O’level results should upload them once they’re out.

Application Steps

Follow this process carefully:

  1. Go to IMSU’s portal
  2. Click on 2025/2026 POST-UTME/Direct Entry Application
  3. Enter your JAMB registration number to check if you’re eligible
  4. If yes, use your JAMB number as your invoice number to pay ₦2,000
  5. Make the payment and generate your receipt
  6. After 24 hours, return to the portal and complete your application
  7. You may find it easier to use IMSU Microfinance Bank
  8. Print your acknowledgement slip and bring it to the screening venue

Screening Test Date

IMSU hasn’t fixed the exact date yet. They’ll announce it later, so check your email or the school’s portal often.

Application Deadline

The form closes Monday, 4th August 2025. After that, the portal will stop accepting entries.
